Return Policy

  • Within 7 days
    from the date of receipts
    You can apply for 7 days of unconditional return
    * Based on the premise without affecting secondary sales, except for customized products
    If it is not a quality issue, the buyer will be responsible for the return shipping cost
  • Within 15 days
    from the date of receipt
    You can apply for a replacement service
    * The original packaging, invoice, accessories, etc. must have, and the product appearance must be intact
    If it is not a quality issue, the buyer will be responsible for the return shipping cost
  • Within 1 year
    from the date of receipt
    If the sold product is damaged by non-human factors, we will provide free repair service
    Merchants and buyers are  responsible for the shipping cost
  • More than 1 year
    from the date of receipt
    If the sold product is damaged by non-human factors, we will provide free repair services and only charge the cost of the required materials
    * Note: When the hardware is severely damaged due to the external environment, it is necessary to evaluate whether it can be repaired

  • Not covered by warranty:

    1. Failures and damages caused by improper use and maintenance (breakage, water ingress, oxidation, natural disasters, etc.);

    3. Fading and scuff during product use;

    4. Operating system or software problems;

    5. Data loss or damage;

    6. Other damage caused by human or force majeure factors.
